WHAT IS ROLFING?

Rolfing is a form of therapeutic bodywork that targets the connective tissue, or fascia, to realign, balance and release tension from the body.

WHO DOES ROLFING BENEFIT?

Rolfing has the potential to be beneficial to anyone. Some of the benefits can include release of tension, increased flexibility, improved function of the body, and better, more confident posture. Many people who seek out Rolfing are looking for relief from the following conditions: back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, plantar fascitis, TMJ, sports injuries, whiplash, repetitive stress injuries, sacroiliac joint pain, and general feelings of imbalance and lack of ease in the body.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

Results from Rolfing can typically include improved posture and alignment, pain reduction, height gain, better physical balance, increased flexibility and coordination, greater body awareness, freer respiration, and higher levels of energy, alertness, and stamina. It is also a therapy that combines well with yoga, sports training, and other personal wellness practices, enhancing and supporting your results.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

Rolfing is traditionally done in a sequence of ten sessions that progressively unlocks and aligns the entire body head to toe. However, one can benefit from induvidual sessions as well.
